Level Design and Programming


My name is John Hohman. My contributions include:

- Planning and layout of the three levels.

- Coding for player ship (spawning projectiles, boosting, and being destroyed by obstacles when not boosting).

- Coding for obstacles (asteroids only being destroyed by projectiles, small ship AI moving toward player and being destroyed by projectiles or boost, and the mothership's rotation and hitboxes).

- Coding for projectiles damaging or destroying obstacles.

- Coding for portals (transporting the player to the next level or the Mission Complete screen.)

- Coding for Title screen and Mission Complete screen animations and interactions.
